Mental Elf Fun Run | CW Mind Fundraiser

Mental Elf is a unique event which focuses on bringing people together, not only to fundraise but to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing. It promotes the benefits of physical activity, fostering connections with people, and doing something to help others. It’s an inclusive event, accessible to all ages and abilities, and, of course, Christmas fancy dress is very much encouraged! 

Jingle down to the War Memorial park, Mental Elf will take place at the beautiful War Memorial Park with a route around the park. All proceeds will help fund CW Mind's key mental health and wellbeing services here in Coventry and Warwickshire. 

What to Expect

• A relaxed, family-friendly 5K fun run or walk
• Christmas fancy dress (with a prize for the best-dressed Elf!)
• A festive best dressed dog competition, bring your furry friends!
