Free Meditation Classes in Coventry
On Monday evenings at 7.30pm Meditate4Free are offering free meditation classes. All instructors have 30 years experience in this Meditation technique, which looks at physical emotional and spiritual balance.
Face to face classes will be held at the 'Friends Meeting House', CV1 4AN. Monday evenings at 7.30pm.
Parking: There are 4 or 5 bays around the building (arrive early) some on Hill Street. Main car park Belgrade Plaza 2 minutes walk.
