Rossana offers fun and inclusive kids yoga classes with a new theme each week! Classes use movement, breathing, stories, music, calm crafting and creativity to empower children with the tools of yoga and mindfulness for healthier and happier minds and bodies.

Rossana combines her knowledge and experience from her Master's in Children, Young People and Family Wellbeing and 8+ years experience working with children and families in a social care setting with her practice of yoga to equip people with tools to empower them to manage the turbulence of life, for better wellbeing individually and relationally.

Rossana is a Qualified Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Instructor (200-RYS with Yoga Alliance) and a Qualified Children’s Yoga Instructor (with Yoga Alliance Professionals) with a CPD in Yoga Therapy and Pregnancy Yoga. Rossana is fully DBS checked and insured and also has Safeguarding Training.
The kids yoga classes combine the principles of yoga and mindfulness with fun, exploration and creativity to keep children engaged and encourage them to interact with the tools and techniques taught and with one another.
Classes currently run are for ages 6-10 (as a guideline, children who are slightly younger or older are more than welcome). Please enquire for other ages.
