Description

The National Garden Scheme gives visitors unique access to over 3,600 exceptional private gardens in England and Wales, and raises impressive amounts of money for nursing and health charities through admissions, teas and cake.

The National Garden Scheme

After a difficult year for so many charities, a wonderful array of privately-owned gardens- and afternoon tea to follow- awaits you, with the first ever opening of the enchanting Charlecote garden, The Malt House, and ex-mining village Ansley's first ever opening in the north of the county. Berkswell and Lighthorne open after a 2 year break.

There are also gardens that 'Open by Arrangement' for you and your friends to visit at your leisure. Garden Owners in this group particularly enjoy your visits so do feel free to contact them via the NGS website to phone or email them to arrange a date.

Whatever your preference- new, familiar, large, small, wildlife, formal, cottage or potager- they have so many styles to inspire and delight so please do go and enjoy their beautiful gardens again this year. Your visit will mean real practical support for their palliative care beneficiaries Macmillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie and Hospice UK. They look forward to welcoming you.
