Mama Mindfulness runs this lovely group for babies and their parents and carers. You can expect a beautiful range of sensory play toys and equipment in a supportive and inclusive environment. 

These sessions are the perfect place for you to meet other mamas and chat & enjoy a cuppa while your baby plays in the gorgeous space with age appropriate sensory toys. This one is exclusively for babies that are pre-walking so you can really relax and chat to other parents just like you while your baby plays.

I am a fully qualified baby massage instructor certified by Blossom and Berry, who are accredited by the Royal College of Midwives. I’m also passionate about supporting families on what can be the most magical and scary journey of their lives.
