Following the amazing feedback from the children's Yoga sessions at Spencer Park wellbeing day, Iva Dyke is now running free kids yoga sessions every Friday in Spencer Park! You can expect breath work, yoga poses, movement and play with various peculiar instruments! Please note, the café may not be open, depending on volunteer availability, so don't make any promises!
