What to expect:

• Enjoy a 15-minute Elf Show full of sing-along Christmas carols, interactive dancing and festive fun.
• Get your creative juices flowing and decorate your very own freshly handmade festive gingerbread biscuit.
• Feed the real-life reindeer* their favourite festive treat, Norwegian Moss.
• Cuddle super cute little fluffy bunnies!
• Hang your wish on the Wishing Tree.
• Write a letter to Santa and send it off to the North Pole through Santa's Postbox.
• Meet Father Christmas in his grotto 1-2-1 and receive a magical gift token ready to be swapped for a gift from the Elf Workshop.
• After you’ve finished your experience why not go skating on the Eco-Skating Rink.
• Or head to the dining area to tuck into award-winning festive street food and the fully stocked bar.
• This experience is all inside the Events Shed with minimal heating - please dress for the weather.
• Festive Street food & Eco-Skating are not part of the Father Christmas Experience, but are available to purchase separately.
• *Please note there is a small herd of reindeer, if they fall pregnant or for veterinary reasons, they may not be included in the experience.

Please note:

• Child tickets are £25 each and Adult tickets are £10 each adults from 12 years and older
• Guests who are under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a guest who is 18 or older at all times
• Babe in arms are free of charge, but no gift will be given. If you wish your child to receive a gift, please purchase a Child ticket
• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your time slot to avoid missing any of the show!
• Christmas present from Father Christmas and Elf Workshop only gifted to paid Child tickets
• Fully disabled and pushchair accessible
• Age guidance for children is advised up to 8-9 years old, but all are welcome, tickets must be purchased accordingly
• We're dog-friendly in the street food section only
• The reindeer are non-contact but can be fed via a short pipe
• All guests except babe in arms must purchase tickets, very limited tickets may be available on the door, so please do purchase ahead of time to guarantee your space
• The experience will last a total of circa 75 minutes, however you can enjoy Eco-Skating and Festive Street food outside of this time limit
• Free onsite parking & toilets
• Only food or drink purchased onsite is allowed to be consumed on the premises.
