Meet Father Christmas at Coventry Skydome!

Step into a festive wonderland and meet Father Christmas in person! Guided by Ivy the Pixie Fairy, families will journey through an enchanting, interactive winter trail filled with festive fun and friendly characters. Every child will enjoy a special one-to-one moment with Father Christmas and receive a thoughtful gift - he’s done his research and knows a few wonderful things about each little visitor!

Who Will You Meet?

After being welcomed by Ivy the Pixie Fairy, you’ll be invited for an earthworm tea with Window Winterberry in her cosy mouse’s house. Then, lend a hand to Figgy Fancypants at his bustling cracker factory, wander through the snowy forest with Poinsettia the Snowman and mischievous Frosty Jack, and finally, join Eggnog the Elf in the elves’ workshop - where the Big Man in Red is waiting to greet you!

To make the experience even more magical, Father Christmas would love your help with his research! When booking, you’ll be asked a few questions about each child - this information will be used only by Father Christmas during their special meeting.

Useful Information

• Runtime is 45-60 mins approx 
• All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ (maximum of 2 children per adult).
• Adult tickets cannot be booked unless accompanied by a Child ticket.

Relaxed Performances

For Relaxed performances, the team will reduce potential triggers, like darkness, loud music and sudden noises. There will also have smaller group sizes. Relaxed performances will be at the following times:

• 10.30am on Sat 13th Dec and Sat 20th Dec.
• 4.30pm on Sun 7th Dec, Sun 14th Dec and Sun 21st Dec.

Accessiblity

• British Sign Language (BSL) will be available for all shows on Sunday 14th December.
• Audio Description (AD) will be available for all shows on Sunday 21st December.
• There is level access and the venue is wheelchair accessible. The show will take place on the ground floor.
• Dedicated Blue Badge parking spaces are available at Skydome car park.
• An accessible toilet is available on the ground floor.
• Assistance dogs for disabled people are welcome.
