Holidays are expensive for parents so we wanted to offer a fun and free day out to Coventry families.

There will be workshops (yoga for children, sci-fi writer’s workshop, sport), a silent disco, an author event (Aaron Ashmore) with a hundred books give away, themed activities tables (dinosaurs, music, comics, etc…), rhyme time, story time, face painting, badgemaking and more.

In addition to this families attending the Big Book Bash will get 50% off the ticket price to visit the Transport Museum!

Booking are now live for four fantastic free fun workshops taking place at Coventry Libraries' Big Book Bash Wednesday 28 October 10am - 3.30pm

10am-10.30am - Yoga for Kids (4-7's)

Fun ways to move your body into animal shapes...Be Strong! Be healthy! Be happy!

12noon - 1pm - Writers Workshop (7+)

An interactive glow in the dark African Mythology workshop with author Maria Motunrayo Adébísí

1pm - 1.45pm - Family Activities (2+)

An activity session for families where both parents and children take part in fun games and relays. Be Active, Be Healthy!

3pm - 3.30pm - Yoga for Kids (8-12's)
