About Blooming Ivy

My name is Shannon I am mother of two and my experience of entering motherhood with my first baby sparked my passion for everything birth and babies. I choose to retrain to become a certified perinatal educator. This enables me to support parents to be as all the way through to 2 years old. I did my training under the Daisy Foundation and previously taught as The Daisy Foundation Coventry but have now become an independent teacher under my own brand Blooming Ivy. I offer 1-2-1 antenatal sessions and a baby classes.

So why Blooming Ivy?

Blooming is in reference to your beautiful growing family and Ivy meaning interweaving is also a symbol of love friendship and longevity as the plant Ivy forms long lasting connections. I feel this is the ideal name to represent the care and support I offer.
