If you're looking for free summer holiday activities in Coventry, Coventry Family Hubs have an exciting programme running across the city with activities for babies, toddlers, young children and the whole family. Here's what's happening at each Family Hub.

Aspire Family Hub (CV1)

• Baby & Me – Weekly sessions for parents and babies aged 0–2 years, offering child development activities alongside support from Family Hub staff.
• Go Walks to Charterhouse – Pack a picnic and enjoy a family walk to Charterhouse with games, crafts, sensory stories and pop-up libraries.
• Busy Bees Summer Session – Bug-themed crafts, messy play, sensory trays and summer activities for curious little explorers.

Families for All Family Hub (CV6)

• Bump, Baby & Beyond / Baby & Me – Weekly baby sessions for parents, babies and expectant families.
• Early Years SEND Session – Sensory play and interactive activities designed for children under five with SEND.
• Kites in the Sky – Design and decorate your own kite before enjoying family activities together. Booking required.
• Summer Water Festival – Splash, pour, paint and play with water-based sensory activities. Families are encouraged to bring towels, spare clothes and sun hats. Booking required.

Harmony Family Hub (CV1)

• Bump, Baby & Beyond / Baby & Me – Weekly support sessions for parents and babies.
• Family Cooking Session – Learn healthy recipes together in this fun family cooking and baking session.
• Create & Craft – Decorate photo frames and personalise candles in this creative family workshop. Booking required.
• Burst of Colour Family Session – Ice painting, colourful sand jars and creative messy play. Booking required.
• Little Explorer Walk – A guided walk to the local library with stories, a picnic and outdoor exploration.

Mosaic Family Hub (CV4)

• Bump, Baby & Beyond / Baby & Me – Weekly support sessions for babies and parents.
• Summer Family BBQ – Games, activities and a free family barbecue. Booking required.
• Carnival of Fun – A colourful family carnival with games, music, crafts, movement and plenty of summer fun.

Park Edge Family Hub (CV2)

• Bump, Baby & Beyond / Baby & Me – Weekly sessions for parents and babies aged 0–2 years, providing support from Family Hub staff, health visitors and midwives.
• Creative Crafts and Fun! – Painting, LEGO, arts and crafts and creative play for the whole family.
• We're Going on a Book Hunt! – Visit Bell Green Library before following a fun book trail packed with activities and the chance to win a prize.

Pathways Family Hub (CV6)

• Bump, Baby & Beyond / Baby & Me – Weekly sessions for expectant parents, babies and toddlers aged 0–2 years.
• Sunny Sensory SEND Session – A relaxed and inclusive session featuring sensory play, Attention Autism activities, sensory cooking, free play and sensory stories for children with additional needs.
• Lights, Camera, Action! – A magical fairy-tale themed movie experience with lights, sounds, scents and hands-on sensory activities for the whole family.

The Moat Family Hub (CV2)

• Bump, Baby & Beyond / Baby & Me – Weekly sessions supporting parents and babies aged 0–2 years.
• Early Years Sensory Session (SEND) – Sensory play, songs and interactive activities designed especially for children under five with SEND and their families.
• Let's Craft Together – A fun-filled family craft session with messy play and creative activities.
• Clubbercise Family Session – Put on your trainers and enjoy an energetic family fitness session complete with glow sticks, healthy snacks and a quiet space to relax afterwards. Booking required.

Wood Side Family Hub (CV3)

• Bump, Baby & Beyond / Baby & Me – Weekly support sessions for babies and parents.
• Grow Together Garden Day – Walk to the People's Patch at the Alan Higgs Centre for gardening, planting and outdoor family fun.
• Pizza and Sports – Design your own pizza before enjoying a variety of family sports and games. Booking required.

City Centre Sessions

• Baby & Me Sensory Sessions – Held at the City of Coventry Health Centre for babies from birth to pre-crawling, with sensory play designed to support early development.

Outdoor Family Events

• Science Seekers Scavenger Hunt – Explore Coundon Hall Park on a family scavenger hunt discovering nature and solving clues together.
• Pop Up in the Park – Outdoor games and activities at Quinton Park and Willenhall Woods Park for children of all ages.

Many activities are suitable for all ages, while others are designed specifically for babies, toddlers or children with additional needs, making it easy for families to find sessions that suit them.
