Lavender Hall junior parkrun is a free weekly 2km event designed especially for children aged 4 to 14 years. Whether they love to run, prefer to jog, or simply want to walk the course with friends or family, everyone is welcome to take part at their own pace in a fun, encouraging environment.
Held every Sunday morning at Lavender Hall Park, the event is organised entirely by friendly local volunteers and focuses on building confidence, promoting healthy lifestyles and helping children enjoy being active outdoors. First-timers are warmly welcomed, and regular participants can work towards milestone wristbands as they complete more events.

Remember to register online before your first event and bring a scannable copy of your parkrun barcode each week so your child's result can be recorded.
