This Mum and Baby Yoga session is a beautiful way to enjoy an hour with your baby and a great way to meet other mums.

  • Days: Thursdays 10am - 11am
  • Suitable for: Suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 8 weeks after a c - section, right up until your baby is on the move. 
  • Venue: One Wellness, 15 Queens Road, Coventry, CV1 3EG

Becoming a mum is a huge change, physically, mentally and emotionally. Classes are specifically designed for you to bring your body gently back to alignment, supporting your journey in recovering strength and also tone in a safe way.

The emphasis is on strengthening the pelvic floor, the abdomen, legs, and back as well as on opening and relaxing tensions in the shoulders, neck, and arms.

Classes are suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 8 weeks after a c - section, right up until your baby is on the move. Much like and other exercise after birth, it’s always a good idea to get the all clear from your GP.

Hey I’m Katie! My mission is to spread the joy and benefits of yoga to people of all ages. I truly believe yoga and mindfulness are calming and peaceful tools for children and adults that will serve you throughout your lives.

When it comes to my career, I am a yoga and reformer pilates teacher. Taking away the labels of my work, I am a loving, caring, playful, determined and passionate person. I am a proud mum, wife and friend who loves being outside in nature, long walks exploring, seeing the world and being at home grounded and cosy with my family and dog Shelby.  

I have achieved my 200 YTT, 85 hours pre and post natal yoga & 30 hours children’s yoga. I feel so lucky every single day that I get to share yoga with people of all ages.
