Perinatal mental illness affects 1 in 5 mums & 1 in 10 dads and suicide is the leading cause of death of mums in the first year following the birth of a child.

The awareness walk is at 1pm with a family fun day running from 11am - 4pm with plenty of free activities for all ages! 

Bring yourself, dogs, scooters or ride on and take part!
