  • Suitable for: Suitable once you’ve had your 6-8 week postnatal check up and have been given the go-ahead for exercise.

Nurture your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing with a gentle, slow paced yoga practise to stretch and strengthen your body post-labour and plenty of breathing and mindfulness exercises for calm and relaxation. This is an opportunity to take care of yourself while also being close to your baby.

Enjoy a complimentary barista made hot drink from CommonGround and a chat with other mamas at the end of the session.

Feeding, nappy changing and baby napping during the class are all to be expected and don't worry about your baby being noisy - this is also expected and the difference between a Mum & Baby and a 'normal' yoga class. Toddler and older children are also welcome!

Free parking available a short walk from the venue. Follow signs for Fargo Village parking: Paynes Lane, CV1 5LN (Accessed via Oxford Street).

There is also a small car park at the top of Far Gosford Street, and some street parking for up to 2 hours on streets nearby (for example Brambles Street) but check signage.

Yoga with Rossana

Rossana is a Qualified Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Instructor (200-RYS with Yoga Alliance) and a Qualified Children’s Yoga Instructor (with Yoga Alliance Professionals) with a CPD in Yoga Therapy and Pregnancy Yoga. Rossana is fully DBS checked and insured and also has Safeguarding Training.
