Silver Lining was formed in January 2000 with just 9 members and has grown to around 40 members.  They compete in the National LABBS competition each October and also take part in local competitions and occasionally travelling to Spain to compete too.

 Members have a wide range of jobs, ages and interests within the chorus which makes for a great mix. The one thing that they all have in common of course is a love of 4 part harmony singing and the music team works hard to encourage and support the group. There's sheet music for the songs and some of the group (!) are up-to-date with Mp3's, iPod's, smart phones and tablets downloading new songs to learn from music files on the members page of the website!  Not everyone reads music so you will never feel left out.
