Coffee & Cuddles parties are designed for babies and toddlers aged 0–4 years, combining gentle play with joyful celebration. Whether it’s a 1st birthday, 2nd birthday, or 3rd birthday, Coffee & Cuddles offers a unique and memorable space for families to celebrate together. 

This calm, sensory-rich baby and toddler play space is designed for little ones to explore safely while parents can relax and enjoy a hot drink. Each party is hosted exclusively for you - giving your guests the entire café and play area to yourselves for a special celebration.

Coffee & Cuddles Party Package

At just £140, this party package is designed to make your day easy, fun, and memorable:

Party FAQs

Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total booking cost is required to secure your party date and time.   

Outstanding Balance: remaining balance must be paid 14 days before the party date, unless otherwise agreed. 

Duration: Party bookings include 90 minutes of soft play and use of a party area. Any additional time may be subject to availability and charged accordingly. 

Decor Setup: You may arrive 15 minutes before your party to set up any additional (pre-agreed) décor and cake.  

Guest Supervision: Children remain the responsibility of their parents/carers during parties. The party organiser will be responsible for the behaviour and safety of all children and guests in your party.

Maximum Capacity: Party sizes are limited; please see your booking confirmation for details or contact us to check.  

Outside Food: No external food or drink may be brought in, except for a birthday cake (please inform us in advance).
