What to Expect
When you sign up for online classes with Bridge Pilates, you can expect mat work classes for all ages and ability, as well as pure stretch sessions. Also available are options to use small equipment such as the resistance band, ball, foam roller, chair, and magic circle.
Included in your subscription would be a short phone consultation for advice about the exercises and to discuss any medical information if required.
You will receive unlimited access to a large selection of Pilates Video Classes and become part of the on-line Bridge Pilates Community. You will be able to watch wherever and whenever you like!

Hi, I'm Lorraine, and i'm the owner of Bridge Pilates. I provide specific exercise programmes for clients of all abilities - in group classes, as well as one-to-one sessions. The classes are held in and around Balsall Common, Berkswell and the Lapworth area of Warwickshire. As a long-standing member of REPS and now CIMPSA I am committed to maintaining the highest qualifications in the field of Pilates and offer classes that set with music, are enjoyable, fun, relaxing and relevant to client’s needs.
I began teaching Pilates in 2008 and I am an established advanced Level 4 instructor. I developed a keen interest in Pilates through my own personal practice and I could see the huge benefits that Pilates could have on injury prevention and the rehabilitation of sports injuries. I specialise in working with clients with Low Back Pain and those who are recovering from spinal surgery. Gaining further qualifications in this area has enabled me to create close links with local Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Doctors, and other health professionals to provide rehabilitation and personal exercise programmes for their clients. I have also trained in Ante and Postnatal Pilates, Neuro Pilates, Pilates for Scoliosis, Shoulder Rehab and Large Studio Equipment.
