The Myton Hospices is inviting people to sign up to its latest fabulous campaign and turn £40 into as much money as possible using their imagination, business sense and fundraising talents.

10th January - 8th April 2022

To celebrate its 40th Anniversary in 2022, Myton is planning a whole year of fantastic fundraising ideas and events – kicking off with the eagerly-anticipated Take 40 Campaign, which launches early January. And it is appealing for 40 business, schools, organisations and community groups – or as many would like to sign up - to turn £40 into as much money as possible and help us raise £40,000.

Those signing up will have three months to come up with some fabulous ways to turn the price of a meal out for two into enough money to fund 40 hours of specialist nursing care for Myton’s patients with a terminal illness. How people, teams and groups choose to work their money-making magic is entirely up to them – and there will be awards for those raising the most money as well as those with the most innovative fundraising ideas. So it’s time for people get their thinking caps on and come up with some great ideas.

Take 40 will launch on Monday, January 10 and run for three months until Friday, April 8 – culminating in a fabulous awards ceremony and barbecue in the gardens of Warwick Myton Hospice to celebrate your achievements and the wonderful fundraising you have achieved. There will be three categories:

• Education, for schools, colleges, nurseries etc
• Community for all community groups and individuals
• and a final category for Businesses. 

Each category will have its own winner for the most money raised and for most innovative fundraising .And there will be an overall winner for the team making the most money in total. You can find out more – and sign up – here!
