Baby massage is a wonderful way to spend quality time with your little one while supporting relaxation, communication and connection through gentle touch. During this free five-week course, parents and carers will learn simple baby massage techniques in a welcoming and supportive environment.

The sessions are suitable for babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months who are not yet crawling, making them an ideal opportunity to strengthen your bond while learning skills you can continue to use at home.
