Join the Sherbourne Valley Project Team for a rewarding evening tackling invasive Himalayan Balsam along the river corridor at Lake View Park — then sit back and enjoy free pizza as a thank you for your hard work.
Please bring a camping chair or picnic blanket to sit on afterwards. Hot drinks and water will be provided. Dress for the weather, wear comfortable sturdy shoes, and consider bringing insect repellent or sunscreen.
Please let the team know on the day if you have any dietary requirements or food allergies.
The Sherbourne Valley Project is led by Warwickshire Wildlife Trust in partnership with Coventry City Council, Severn Trent, the Environment Agency, Citizen Housing, Historic Coventry Trust, National Trust, Coventry University and Sherbourne Valley Churches, supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
