We're excited to announce that our very own Jess at Coventry Rocks is Taking the Plunge for Mental Health! On Saturday 19th July 2025, Jess will be taking on a terrifying challenge - abseiling down Coventry Cathedral to raise money for Coventry and Warwickshire Mind.

Mental health matters. Coventry and Warwickshire Mind provide quality services and support to people in Coventry, and are working to reduce stigma and promote positive mental health. Their work changes lives, and Coventry Rocks wants to do their part to help.
