Join National Trust and Historic Coventry Trust for a nature-themed day of family friendly activities to celebrate the opening of the blossom and natural play space at Charterhouse!

Location: Charterhouse Heritage Park, London Rd, Coventry CV1 2JR
Price: all activities are FREE.
Booking: no need to book, just turn up!
Bring your lunch and take part in the Big Blossom Picnic under the newly planted trees, 12-2pm, featuring a performance from the Charterhouse choir. There will be lots of family friendly activities to enjoy, including yoga for all ages with Fran (sessions at 12pm and 1.30pm), spring storytelling with Pyn (sessions at 12.30pm and 2pm), and nature-themed crafts (12 - 4 pm). All the activities are free to enjoy, and booking isn’t required. Find all of the information you need on the Historic Coventry Trust website.

Children's Play Area at Charterhouse Heritage Park
Charterhouse Heritage Park has a small play area and green spaces on the doorstep of the historic Charterhouse. The play area includes swings, trim trail, balance beam, climbing net, climbing frame, fort with slide and a new 'blossom play area' - space to run and climb amongst the blossom trees. Parking
There is a large car park next to the play area. This car park is free to use for visitors to Charterhouse when the house is open.
How to Get There
Car: Charterhouse Heritage Park is accessed off London Road (A4114), Coventry.
Satnav: CV1 2JR
Train: The park is approximately one mile from Coventry Rail Station.
On foot: Access the park from London Road or through the entrance between 229 and 232 Humber Avenue.
