Join The Mindfulness Tree to celebrate the arrival of spring at Nettle Hill, with a morning of mindfulness in this wonderful rural venue. The theme for the morning will be “renewal”, which will be explored as a community.

Springtime often brings a sense of rejuvenation, and re connection to the things that bring us joy. Together you will cleanse your minds and make space for new growth.

What to expect:

  • Tree-meditation for grounding
  • Creative exploration of the outdoors - finding immersion in the sights, sounds and smells of spring at Nettle Hill.
  • Exploring breath and body – being in the body to rejuvenate the mind
  • Everyday Mindfulness Techniques
  • Mindful walking
  • Accessible yoga
  • Use of the Garden Kitchen for drinks and lunch (speciality plant-based café

Note, there will be both indoor and outdoor space available for the activities, to help with the uncertainties of the British weather.
