Go Gold for Childhood Cancer Awareness
Online
Next dates
Childhood cancer is symbolised by the gold ribbon and we are asking people to 'go gold' to remember Ben from Earlsdon, to remember other children stolen by cancer and to show support to those going through treatment and those with late effects from cancer treatment.

With your help, Pass the Smile has raised just shy of £300,000 for childhood cancer research so far. It would be amazing to achieve that fundraising milestone during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. We have funded six cancer research projects to date but there is much more work to do to change the future for children with cancer.
Some businesses are raising funds for childhood cancer research. These include:
- Lily and Fox Bakery/Surf and Slice/Next Door/Vivid Ink: Raffle.
- Statham Flowers: Albany Road: Sunflower bouquets with % of profit going to Pass the Smile.
- The Earlsdon Cobbler: Earlsdon Street: Model Railway display. Donations welcomed.
- The Potting Shed Cafe: Russells Garden Centre, Baginton: Pre-loved book sale for Pass The Smile.
- O'Tooles: Westwood Road/Earlsdon Avenue North: Dennis the Menace cup cakes
- Millsys: Earlsdon Street: Go for Gold desserts
- Earlsdon Library: Crochet sunflowers badges, keyrings and bags.
- Maker of Tiny Glass Stuff: Glass sunflowers
- Gold pin badges are available at many businesses in Earlsdon (and beyond). Check Facebook page for stockists.
Thank you to everyone taking part - you really are making a difference to children with cancer.
