What to Expect:

Marquee Departure Lounge

Immerse yourself in festive fun and excitement in the marquee lounge. Engage in games and activities for all ages! Visit our North Pole post office and pen a heartwarming letter to Santa himself. Get creative with Santa’s Elves as you craft magical reindeer food. Arrive here 30 minutes before your booked time slot. 

Magical Train Ride

All aboard the Christmas Train for a journey through the dazzling Heart of England site! Glide beneath glittering lights and through picturesque woods as you embark on a tour to Santa’s Workshop. Marvel at the sights and sounds of the holiday season as you travel with our Head Elf as your guide.

Santa's Grotto

Step into a world of wonder as you arrive at the enchanting Santa’s Grotto. Arrive 30 minutes before your time slot and venture into the marquee departure lounge, but watch out for mischievous Elves who add a touch of cheeky fun to the atmosphere! 

All new VR Christmas Sleigh Ride

Introducing an exciting addition to the festivities – the Virtual Reality 4D Sleigh Ride! Join D.A.S.H on a thrilling roller coaster adventure through LapLand’s stunning landscapes. Soar over snow-covered forests, glide across frozen lakes, and experience the enchantment of Santa’s Workshop like never before!

Important Information

• Arrive 30 minutes before your allotted time slot making your way down to the marquee departure lounge but be careful, there are some very cheeky Elves around!
• To thank you for your visit, all children visiting Santa's Grotto will receive a small token gift.
• The experience lasts between 20 - 30 minutes and you will be returned back to the Marquee departure lounge where you will disembark the train and can continue to enjoy the activities and games in the Marquee. For the last slots on each day please arrive 1 hour early for your experience as you may not be able to re-enter the Marquee after visiting Santa and we want you to make the most out of your visit!
