"It can be daunting going to a new baby group, especially going alone, I've done it and always been so nervous but I've never regretted it. You never know who you might meet! Even if you just end up having some quality time just you and your baby in a different environment it will be a new special memory. Some days it can be so hard to get up, get dressed and get out the house with a baby, but most of the time.. it's SO worth it. My group is always full of the most welcoming, non judgemental, kind people and I'm so happy I get to be part of that."
