Santa Express at Copsewood Miniature Railway | Miniature Railway in Coventry

Travel on one of the miniature steam trains from platform 7 & 1/4 to the Copsewood tunnel where children and adults will meet Father Christmas in his Grotto and receive an early gift.

The Santa Express will run during 4 slots each day. Children who ride the train receive a present from Santa (unless travelling on an under 2s free ticket). Adult tickets includes the train ride to the grotto plus a hot drink and mince pie from the café.

The Copsewood Miniature Railway is a model engineering society located in Coventry and is open to the public on the first Saturday and Sunday of the month, from April until October. They also open to the public on some additional special event days such as Halloween and Santa Specials.

People of all ages are welcome to visit The Copsewood Miniature Railway. The club hut offers a variety of refreshments, including tea, coffee and delicious cakes, at very reasonable prices in the tea room.

The miniature railway is run by volunteers of all ages and welcomes new members. You do not need to know about trains or engineering to be a member. If you would like to find out about membership, click here.
