Statfold Country Park is a unique heritage attraction in Tamworth where families can ride historic trains, explore museums and enjoy a full day of activities for children of all ages. The park is home to the award-winning Statfold Barn Railway, offering unlimited rides on narrow-gauge trains through the countryside and woodland areas.

Statfold offers unlimited rides on their award-winning railway, featuring three track sizes from 12¼ inch to 2-foot gauge. Statfold Barn Railway is the perfect adventure for train enthusiasts of all ages! On your journey, you can enjoy scenic countryside views or stop off and explore the woodland trail on the miniature railway line. Hop aboard for a memorable ride!
Roundhouse Museum
The museum houses over 20 steam and diesel locomotives from manufacturers around the world. Visitors can walk along the turntable and explore the surrounding tracks, and those wanting to learn more can enjoy the interactive displays, videos and information boards showcasing these impressive engines.
Toby’s Barn Soft Play
Little ones can let off steam at the 3-tiered railway-themed soft play and Clip n’ Climb adventure! Explore three levels of fun in Toby’s Barn play area or for the brave, scale new heights on five climbing walls and exciting stairway obstacle!

National Fairground Museum
In partnership with the Fairground Heritage Trust, this prestigious collection of traditional fairground rides has been carefully relocated and restored to create the atmosphere of a vintage funfair. Families can make lasting memories as they enjoy classic dodgems, brave the spooky ghost train or try their luck on the traditional 2p slot machines.

Retro Roller Disco

Is Statfold Country Park dog friendly? Yes, dogs are welcome at Statfold Country Park as long as they are kept on a lead at all times. Dogs are not allowed inside the cafés or indoor play areas, and owners must clean up after their pets.
Is Statfold suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs? Most areas of Statfold Country Park are flat and accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs. The trains can accommodate wheelchairs, and accessible toilets and lift access are available in the museum building.
