Bringing you ‘THE GIRL EFFECT”, Gaia Wellness provide teenagers with a quiet space in a loud world. This event is for teenage girls who are struggling with bullying, anxiety, hidden & visible disabilities or just low in confidence! Gaia wellness offers a space that is open & accessible for everyone to benefit from. You can expect:

• Guided breathwork

• Guided journaling

• Foot soaks

• Infrared sauna

• Himalayan salt room
