The Girl Event (Teen Anti Bullying / Anxiety Workshop): This event is for Teenage girls who are struggling with bullying, anxiety, hidden & visible disabilities or just low in confidence! We want to offer a space that is open & accessible for everyone to benefit from guided breath work, guided journaling, skincare, foot soaks, infrared sauna, Himalayan salt room, compression therapy, bath salt station, yummy lunch. FREE Event 

Floating SoundBath: West Midlands First Floating sound bath! Gently float while immersed in the soothing frequencies of the sound bowls. £70 per session.

SoundBath Sessions: A soothing sound healing experience with crystal sound bowls. Let the gentle vibrations help you Relax your mind, Release tension and Restore balance.
