We want to offer a space that is open & accessible for everyone to benefit from guided breath work, guided journaling, skincare, foot soaks, infrared sauna, Himalayan salt room, compression therapy, bath salt station, yummy lunch. FREE Event 

Floating SoundBath: West Midlands First Floating sound bath! Gently float while immersed in the soothing frequencies of the sound bowls. £70 per session.
