What started as part of his therapy has gone on to top charts around the world and has encouraged thousands to get out of their comfort zone, reach out for help if they need it and more importantly to keep waffling about their mental health! 

Taylor’s past guests include Ed Sheeran, Sean Paul and even Carole Baskin!
