A packed day of free wellbeing activities and artisan craft stalls, with free tea and coffee throughout. Here's the full schedule for the day:

• 11am – 4pm: Sound Bath & Gong Meditation — with Jessica Gartside of Fallen Star Energy Centre
• 11am – 3.30pm: Ease Your Neck & Shoulders Chair Massage — with Massage Therapy by Keri
• 11.15am: Free 30-minute yoga session — with Iva Dyke Yoga (mats provided)
• 1pm – 1.40pm: Free Health Coach Talk — with Carole Donnelly
• 2pm: Free 30-minute yoga session — with Iva Dyke Yoga (mats provided)

Alongside the wellbeing programme, browse stalls from local artisan crafters — including handcrafted Coventry City FC gifts — plus homemade cake, veggie and vegan savoury snacks from Steve's Snack Shack, and free tea and coffee all day. The Myton Hospices will also be in attendance.
