Pop along to the free Wellbeing Fun Day in Spencer Park! Join Serenity Space and other local practitioners to celebrate World Wellbeing Week.

Serentity Space and other wellbeing practitioners would like to invite Coventry community to Spencer Park to take a part in a range of FREE activities, suitable for the entire family. They have a host of wellbeing practitioners and complementary therapists offering free 20- 30 min classes and treatments. In the Wellbeing Field (the old Bowling Green) you can join in relaxing DRU yoga, chair yoga or try more invigorating Pilates. If yoga is not your thing you can have a go at mindful and slow movements of Tai Chi or lay down for a deeply relaxing guided Nidra meditation or a Gong Bath.

There will be an Aromatherapy practitioner, Reflexology, Chi Medics Balances and Reiki to try. If walking is more of your thing, you can have a go at Nordic walking or even bowling.

Young adults and children can get involved in drawing, games and have a go at tennis or bowling.

There will be couple of local wellbeing charities on site to talk to and Pavilion’s cafe will be open for light refreshment. You will be able to browse through a health pop up shop and buy a plant for your home.
