Post Partum Arts is a dance, film and photography project designed to empower, inspire & promote body positivity amongst women facing the physical & mental changes that follow pregnancy, birth and early motherhood. At a time when women are at their most vulnerable they seem to receive the harshest judgements; as women and as mothers. Post Partum Arts would like to create work and a space that challenges this. 

Post Partum Wellbeing Workshops for Mothers

Join Post Partum Arts for a FREE online workshop in a safe, nurturing and non-judgemental space for mothers who have given birth in the past two years. The team are currently researching and developing a short film and photography project based on the postpartum experience, and will be gathering stories and thoughts from mothers through this creative workshop. 

Every Saturday in March | 10am - 12noon

The workshop will include:

• Breath, gentle movement and song
• Art therapy and discussion
