YMCA sessions provide a safe and welcoming space to have fun, make friends and take part in a range of activities, with trained youth workers available to offer confidential chats and mental health support.The Monday youth club is open to all young people aged 9–16, subject to capacity. Sessions include games, activities and opportunities to socialise in a supportive environment.

In addition, YMCA Heart of England runs a sports session every Thursday from 5pm–6:30pm. Places for the sports session must be booked in advance by contacting Emma. Trained youth workers are on hand throughout all sessions to provide confidential support and a listening ear for young people who may need it.
