Christmas Yoga in Spencer Park

Anyone and everyone is welcome to join in, regardless of fitness or age. Suitable for children as long as they are accompanied by adult, who is taking a part. Enjoy homemade mince pies and hot drinks afterwards from the Pavillion Cafe.
