Baginton Village Hall | Venue Hire in Baginton

The Village Hall is located in its own grounds in the centre of the village to the rear of the Lucy Price playing field in Frances Road.

Baginton Village Hall Facilities

The Main Hall is approximately 18m x 7.5m and can hold a maximum of 100 persons seated or 180 persons standing. Patio doors provide direct access to the large grassed area suitable for open air events.

The Committee Room is approximately 6.5m x 4m and can hold a maximum of 25 persons seated or 40 persons standing. It is suitable for small groups and meetings and can be booked separately to the main hall.
 
The Kitchen provides self-catering facilities and is equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge, kettles and crockery.

The hall has Wi-Fi, heating and a defibrillator. There is a car park for approximately 40 cars.

Hire Costs: 

• Main Hall: £15 per hour
• Committee Room: £10 per hour
• Exclusive use of the whole venue: £130 per day

Children's Party Hire

It is recommended to book a 4 hour booking slot for £60 which includes tables, chairs, kitchen for food storage and making hot drinks, outdoor space and includes set up and clearing away time. All children’s parties must be finished by 6pm.
