FAQs

Do you provide goodie bags for parties? No, only sweet cones are provided, courtesy of Go Kids Play. Guests will need to bring their own goodie bags.

Are adult meals included in the package? No, food is provided for children only. Adults will need to order food separately from the café..

Can we bring extra children and extra adults? Yes, additional children and adults are welcome. Payment can be made on the day, or extra attendees can be added when making the online booking.

Can we decorate the party room? Standard decorations are provided in the party room. Guests are welcome to bring extra decorations, such as balloons or banners, if desired.

Are staff members available in the party room? Yes, staff members are available to assist during the party.

If we want to stay for more than 2 hours, do we have to pay extra? Yes, an additional charge of £5 per child applies for each extra hour.

Is car parking free? Yes, car parking is free for up to three hours. Guests must enter their car registration on the site upon arrival.
