How long is the hire? Most bouncy castles are hired for around 7 hours, with some flexibility depending on the booking.

Do I need to pay a deposit? Bouncy castles are paid for on set-up, with no deposit required. Soft play and larger packages include a refundable bond.

What if I need to cancel? If you need to cancel then just call or email the team. Please try to give us as much notice as possible.

What happens if the weather is bad? If conditions are unsafe, such as strong winds or heavy rain, bookings can be cancelled without charge.
