"I recently hosted my daughter’s 8th birthday party in the function room at Sky Blue Tavern in Coventry, and it was an excellent experience from beginning to end.
The manager, Dave, was fantastic throughout the booking and planning process. He kept in regular contact, helped finalise all the arrangements, and gave really helpful guidance when choosing the menu. His support made everything feel easy and well organised.
The room itself was spacious with plenty of tables and lots of flexibility. I was able to set up a sweet station, fit a children’s bouncy castle, and still have room for children’s entertainers to perform comfortably. The projector was also a lovely bonus, allowing us to display a photo slideshow during the party, which many of the guests commented on.
The staff on the day were brilliant-friendly, attentive and quick to help whenever needed.
And the food was definitely a highlight. We chose the Indian buffet and also added meat sizzlers, and everything was absolutely delicious. Guests couldn’t stop talking about how tasty the food was, and there were no complaints at all.
