A fun and energetic fitness dance class incorporating styles from Freestyle and Jazz. Each class includes; Warm Up, Stretches, conditioning tracks for each part of the body such as Arms, Legs, Tums and Bums, Fun Dance routines, circuits and Cool Down. Each Class will differ. 

No experience necessary! Feel the music, get a sweat on and have fun!
