These sessions are aimed at children between the ages of 5-14 years and parents/carers are more than welcome to join in too.

Timetable: Mondays 4pm (term time)
Suitable for: ages of 5-14years (and parents/carers)
Location: Alan Higgs Sports Centre, Allard Way, Coventry, CV3 1HW.
Price: FREE
There will be lots of Multi sports games and even rounders - a firm favourite!
The sessions are FREE and The booking process is in the link below.
Simply add your details, choose your preferred location, book a spot for your family and fill in the pre exercise questionnaire once your booking has been confirmed (this questionnaire will only need to be submitted once if you do book multiple days).
