Alpaca Fun Day | Fundraiser for UHCW Maternity Team

You will get to meet, greet, feed and cuddle some friendly real-life Alpacas, and maybe see some newborn baby ‘crias’.Afterwards, you will be invited to stay for a teddy bears picnic to celebrate the 76th birthday of the NHS.There will also be fun competitions and face-painting activities!

Tickets are £20 each, with children under the age of 5 going for free (children must be supervised at all times).There are no refreshments available on the day, so we recommend you bring enough food and drinks for your group. All funds raised go to the Maternity team at UHCW, so you will be raising money to help patients, their families and staff, all whilst having a fun day out with fluffy Alpacas!

Faerie Tale Alpacas

Faerie Tale Alpacas started breeding alpacas in 2008 and are committed to breeding healthy, happy animals with beautiful fleeces. Alpacas are friendly and intelligent animals who are hugely rewarding to keep and offer a sustainable alternative to conventional farming. Although originally from South America, these gentle camelids are ideally suited to life in the UK and can provide a wonderful, eco friendly lifestyle.
