Eastern Green Recreation Ground is a small park with a children's play area. The fields surrounding the play area are of large size, and are good for dog-walking and exercise.

The play area is accessible from Church Lane, and is next to a Eastern Green Village Hall. There are a few benches to sit on and plenty of grassy area for other activities. The play area includes a slide, a couple of climbing areas, swings and a spinning disk. For teens, there are 2 basketball hoops, with one having a bit more space for larger basketball activities.

Parking is very limited, however there is road parking on Church Lane outside of the park.
