Parkour with Ascension Dance:

We’re thrilled to be part of the Fargo Youth Takeover this Summer! Join Ascension for high-energy Parkour sessions at Studio 17 – our dedicated dance and parkour space. If you’re aged 7–14, jump, spin, roll, and vault your way through the holidays. This is one exciting activity you don’t want to miss!

Skateboarding with Project Number 5:

Head to the skate zone where Project Number 5 at The Box, our eco-conscious skate hub, takes riders from their very first push to nailing new tricks. Their friendly coaches know how to make every session fun, supportive, and safe, perfect for beginners and budding skateboard stars alike.

Yoga & Mindfulness with The Human Collective:

A short introduction to yoga for young people, including breathing exercises, core yoga postures and finishing with a relaxation led by Rossana, qualified in Children and Adult Yoga. 

Youth Mindfulness: A short, gentle session to introduce young people to simple mindfulness practises to help them slow down, notice their thoughts and feelings and connect with the present moment. Using grounding practises and meditation we will explore mindfulness and its incredible benefits together. 

Guided Drawing: Work with a qualified Drawing and Talking Practitioner and experienced Teacher of Art to discover and communicate emotions through drawing. Appropriate for the whole family, of any artistic ability.

Your Child’s Day, Their Way

For just £15 + plus booking fee, each child can book up to three sessions >> choosing one activity per session. They’re welcome to mix things up (maybe a bit of parkour, a skate session, and a chill yoga class) or dive into three of the same. It’s flexible fun that lets them explore their passions!
