Ghostly Guildhall Special Halloween Event

Step into the Ghostly Guildhall for an exhilarating hour-long session featuring ‘Mistress Moaning Mary’ and ‘Wailing Willow.’ Dive into intriguing historical facts, participate in entertaining Halloween-themed games, and let your imagination soar with some creative craft activities!

Afternoon Tea with ‘Wailing Willow’ & ‘Mistress Moaning Mary’

Hungry for more? Don't miss the 2:30pm session featuring ‘Mistress Moaning Mary’ and ‘Wailing Willow’. After the Goulish Guildhall fun, you will enjoy a special Children’s Halloween Afternoon Tea at Tales of Tea, with Wailing Willow and Mistress Moaning Mary floating around for an hour.

The Halloween Afternoon Tea is suitable for ages 5 - 16 years. It includes a selection of cakes and a scone with Finger sandwiches. It also includes a Fun themed drink! Please inform the team of any dietary requirements. 

Prices: 

  • £29.50 per child 
  • £18.95 per adult for Cream Tea (two scones and tea or coffee)
  • £14.95 per adult for Tea/Coffee with Cake

Please Note: This is a ticketed event and distinct from the regular Halloween afternoon tea. To participate, you must specifically book this event rather than the standard Halloween Afternoon Tea. Book here

Accessibility

For everyone to enjoy St Mary’s Guildhall, there is a lift to the first floor and rising platform into the Muniment Room. There is a new spiral staircase to the 2nd floor and where access is not step free, 360 panoramic views of the rooms are available on the digital tour tablets.

There are toilet and baby changing facilities on the ground floor located opposite the Cloisters.
