Inner Soul MAMA Reformer classes are specially designed for mums with babies aged 0–12 months, allowing you to work out with your little one right by your side.

Inner Soul MAMA Reformer Courses

Inner Soul MAMA is a nurturing, welcoming space created especially for new mums and their little ones. Designed for the early months of motherhood, these classes offer a calm environment where you can move, breathe, and reconnect with your body during the fourth trimester and beyond.

Each course is kept intentionally small with just four mums per group, giving you personal attention, a quiet atmosphere, and the chance to bond with other new mums in a supportive community.

Expect gentle, effective movement that helps you rebuild confidence, reconnect with your body, and enjoy mindful time with your baby. The vibe is relaxed, babies are always welcome, and every session is centred around helping you feel grounded, strong, and supported.

What to Expect:

Core & Pelvic Floor Awareness

Learn guided Reformer Pilates movements designed to help you re-establish connection with your core and pelvic floor. Everything is tailored for postpartum bodies, with your baby right beside you in our calm, mum-friendly space.

Reformer Pilates for Mum & Baby

These sessions gently support your return to movement, helping you rebuild strength, improve posture, and find balance at a pace that feels right for you. Baby stays close, making the class both practical and deeply bonding.

Restorative Movement & Relaxation

Each session closes with soothing, restorative Reformer work to help release tension and leave you feeling centred and refreshed. This is a baby-friendly environment, so you can move and unwind without the pressure of arranging childcare.

Your Time, With Baby Welcome

This is a mum-and-baby course held in a small, intimate studio designed for comfort, support, and connection. Bring your baby, take a breath, and enjoy dedicated time to reconnect with yourself.

What’s Included

  • Use of baby bouncers, play mats, and a changing mat
  • A cosy, baby-friendly studio designed to make your time here easy and enjoyable.

For your safety, please ensure you have received full clearance from your GP or midwife at your 6 week postnatal check before taking part in any exercise.

Founder of Inner Soul, Dale is a passionate wellness coach, Yoga Teacher, and Reformer Pilates instructor with a gift for helping people reconnect with themselves. Her approach is grounded, empowering, and real blending movement, mindfulness, and honest conversation to support your journey inside and out. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice, Dale creates space for you to feel strong, calm, and truly seen.

Hi, I’m Dale. Ten years ago, I set out on a personal journey to face my fears and overcome anxiety. It wasn’t easy, but along the way, I found powerful tools that truly changed my life - like CBT therapy, emotional healing, Yoga, breathwork, and Reformer Pilates.

These practices helped me find real peace and inner strength, and now I’m passionate about helping others do the same. I’m here to create a supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and move beyond fear - one step at a time. Let’s walk this journey together.

FAQ - Inner Soul Mama Reformer

What is the Mama Reformer Course? A reformer Pilates course designed specifically for mums, focusing on rebuilding strength, core connection, and confidence in a safe, supportive way.

Who is this course for? This course is designed for mums with babies aged 0–12 months who have been cleared by their doctor or healthcare provider to return to exercise. It’s ideal for mamas looking to rebuild strength safely, support their core and pelvic floor, and move with confidence during the postpartum period.

How soon after birth can I start? You can begin once you’ve been cleared by your healthcare provider (typically after your 6-week check), with modifications available to meet you where you’re at.

Is this course safe for pelvic floor and core recovery? Yes. All movements are pelvic floor–friendly and designed to support core recovery, including diastasis recti awareness and proper breathing.

I’ve never used a reformer before - is that okay? Absolutely. The course is beginner-friendly, with clear guidance and options so you can move confidently at your own pace.

What if I’m short on time? We get it -mum life is busy. Sessions are efficient and effective and run for 50 minutes, designed to fit into real life without long workouts or burnout.

Do I need to be “fit” to join? 
Not at all. This course is about progress, not perfection. You’ll build strength gradually in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.

What makes this different from regular Pilates classes? This course is created for mamas. That means no crunch-heavy workouts, no pressure to “bounce back,” and a strong focus on recovery, strength, and longevity.

What results can I expect? You can expect improved core strength, better posture, more body awareness, and a stronger, more confident connection to your body over time.

Is this a judgment-free space? Always. This is a supportive environment where mums are encouraged to listen to their bodies and move with care and confidence.

What if I can’t make all the course dates? No worries! Drop us a message - depending on availability, we might be able to offer you a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) option so you don’t miss out.
