Reformer Pilates in Eastern Green

These small group Reformer Pilates classes are designed to help you move with strength, control, and confidence. With just four people per session, you’ll enjoy focused guidance while experiencing the benefits of dynamic, full-body movement on the Reformer.

Whether you're new or building on your practice, these classes are all about connection – to your core, your breath, and your body.

Founder of Inner Soul, Dale is a passionate wellness coach, Yoga Teacher, and Reformer Pilates instructor with a gift for helping people reconnect with themselves. Her approach is grounded, empowering, and real blending movement, mindfulness, and honest conversation to support your journey inside and out. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice, Dale creates space for you to feel strong, calm, and truly seen.

Hi, I’m Dale. Ten years ago, I set out on a personal journey to face my fears and overcome anxiety. It wasn’t easy, but along the way, I found powerful tools that truly changed my life - like CBT therapy, emotional healing, Yoga, breathwork, and Reformer Pilates.

These practices helped me find real peace and inner strength, and now I’m passionate about helping others do the same. I’m here to create a supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and move beyond fear - one step at a time. Let’s walk this journey together.
