Mama's Mindfulness Massage, Music and Movement

Suitable for babies from approximately 12 weeks old right up to crawling. This fun and interactive 4 week course is the perfect follow on from Baby Massage.  During this course we will do some fun massage routines, some baby yoga and we will learn some lap/action songs. We will then move onto some parachute play and finish with bubbles. There will also be lots of sensory toys for your little one to play with and of course time for you to chat with other families.

• Provide the benefits of positive touch
• Help to develop your babies communication skills
• Assist with developing your babies vestibular and proprioception systems

I am a fully qualified baby massage instructor certified by Blossom and Berry, who are accredited by the Royal College of Midwives. I’m also passionate about supporting families on what can be the most magical and scary journey of their lives.
